Van Den Broek specializes in high precision parts and has extremely advanced turning and milling machines with associated automation. A number of the machines are capable of 5-axis simultaneous and high speed milling. This allows us to machine very complex products at high speed. This to an accuracy of 3µm and a hardness of 65Hrc.
The most complex products-with routing up to 15 production steps-pass through our production facility effortlessly and in no time. This always with real-time insight into the production process, the various process steps and full traceability.
