Transport Solutions
WILVO Group develops and manufactures transport solutions that safely and efficiently transport systems of leading customers worldwide. With our deep expertise in welding materials such as stainless steel, steel and aluminum, we offer certified welding and can produce both small and large tooling. This tooling is then fully assembled in our clean assembly areas and clean rooms. These include lockings, tools, install equipment and containers.
With extensive knowledge and experience in refurbishment, we bring transport equipment back to top condition, making it reliably usable again. With decades of experience in tool manufacturing and maintenance, WILVO Group also supports customers with early supplier development, co-engineering and the development of customized conveying solutions.

Engineering
Through (co-)engineering, the design is translated into the final 3D model and technically detailed drawings, focusing on functionality, feasibility and efficiency.

Production
Due to vertical integration within the WILVO Group, the most advanced production technologies and high-quality materials are used in production. Combined with the most optimal supply chain know-how.

Assembly
The complete module is assembled into a functional transport solution, with attention to detail and precision. For this purpose, use is made of our assembly facility or one of our spacious clean rooms.

Testing & Certification
Each product undergoes extensive testing and inspection to ensure that it meets the highest quality and safety standards. For this purpose, in-house TÜV partners are used on a daily basis.

Refurbishment
Unique is the process that can be set up for the refurbishment of systems from the field. Used or obsolete systems are refurbished and optimized so that they can be used as new again and sustainably reused.

Services
WILVO Group has been providing specialized service for ASML through dedicated return hubs for decades. We manage four return streams: lockings, tools, install equipment and containers. Each transport device is carefully analyzed, repaired and tested for functionality. In addition, we clean all parts to the highest cleanliness standards so that they fully meet ASML's requirements. In this way, we guarantee reliable, efficient and high-quality solutions for the transport and flow of parts.
