The knowledge level of our employees is high. We use this knowledge to support customers in the proto phase. This applies to all machining competences that we have in-house. Our customers know that we can perform almost any machining operation. We make the unmanufacturable … makeable.

Process engineering
Based on a combined interest, we map out the needs of the customer in order to ultimately arrive at the most optimal production process. Available files and customer specifications are leading and the elaboration by our engineers is always of the highest level.

Value engineering
As far as we are concerned, things can always be better. We also like to look at how a product can be produced in the most cost-efficient way. We do this in close consultation with the customer. Collaboration is always the key to success for us in all of this. Let Van Den Broek think, because no challenge is too big for us.


Turning and milling
We have extremely advanced turning and milling machines with associated automation. Some of the machines can mill 5-axis simultaneous and high speed milling. This allows us to process very complex products at high speed. This to an accuracy of 3µm and a hardness of 65Hrc.

Wire and zinc dies
With state of the art machines and signature craftmanship, we deliver products that meet the highest quality requirements and the wishes of the customer. The highest conceivable quality is simply the standard at Van Den Broek.

Flat, circular and profile grinding
If functionally necessary, we are able to process the most complex materials. We guarantee shape and plate tolerances of up to 1µm.


Production environment
Our production facility is fully air-conditioned. This way we are sure that we produce in perfect climatic conditions. Our production and handling procedures are fully equipped for Grade 1 and 2. We always deliver products according to the highest possible standard.

To be able to produce high-precision parts in a secure manner, a large number of processing and inspection steps are often required. More than 10 production steps in the manufacturing process are therefore the rule rather than the exception for us.

We are able to always provide customers with the desired information at every stage of the production process. Think of the First Article Inspection (FAI), Critical to Quality (CTQ) or a release through the Production Part Approval Process (PPAP).
