We have been producing, maintaining and cleaning transport tooling for ASML for decades. We implement this ‘process’ as early as the engineering phase. Along with ASML and its partners, WILVO contributes to an optimal design, with functionality, sustainability and costs effectiveness being the starting point.
Our solutions-oriented drive is reflected in our partnership with CANON. We have been supplying a very diverse product range for over twenty years. For example, coated machine cladding, waterproof – tested – drip trays, wire frames, welding assemblies and products made from special materials (including MICA, reflective aluminum and stainless spring steel with a thickness of 0.05mm). All supplied in accordance with a KanBan system we developed together.
WILVO’s partnership with clients is exceptionally far-reaching. For example, we ‘pick up’ our client’s orders every few minutes via automatic EDI links. All the products our client SAURER orders from WILVO during its ‘late shift’ are automatically converted into shipment triggers. We then ensure the products are delivered by twelve o’clock the next day. It often concerns several full trailers per day; SAURER relies on WILVO. We can achieve this because we schedule an MRP run every night and use highly advanced planning software. In addition, all employees and production systems receive planning information via individual tablets.
